All Policies

Booking Policy:

• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No appointment is confirmed until deposit is sent. 
• You have 24hrs prior to appointment to reschedule or cancel it. If under 24hrs until appointment, you must send a new deposit for new appointment. 

Late + No-Show Policy: 

• There's a 10 minute grace period from the time your appointment starts. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled & need to be rescheduled.
• No shows are automatically banned from booking any future appointments.

House-Call Policy:

• All booking policies are applicable for house calls. 
• Please allow 10-15 minutes to set up & clean up. We also ask you provide an 8x6ft space in your home to set up, including access to an electrical outlet.
• Due to health & safety precautions, please restrict pets, children & others from designated area we will be using for your appointment.
• All house-calls have a traveling fee starting at $10+ based on location.
